New Delhi (8th July): Parliament has approved the 'Base and Other Forms (Amendment) Bill 2019' on Monday to make the 'Aadhaar' voluntary for opening an account and taking a mobile phone SIM. He said that it has been ensured that no one can be deprived of the right to supply essential items like ration in case of no base.
